PQS is engineered with a Desktop-First architecture. All processing happens locally on your machine. Your sensitive documents never touch a cloud server, never leave your environment, and never require an internet connection.
PQS runs entirely on your local machine on the Microsoft .NET framework. It does not alter your Windows registry, does not require an internet connection, and has no background processes that communicate externally.
The software does not "call home" or transmit any information back to our servers. We have absolutely zero visibility into your documents, your data, or how you use the application. None.
Your sensitive proposal and contract documents never leave your secure environment. This ensures full compliance with data protection regulations and eliminates every risk associated with cloud storage or SaaS processing.
PQS code is fully self-contained and does not use scripts that can spawn other commands. Its only external interaction is opening the Word or Excel reports it generates at your explicit direction.
A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) is a government-controlled space where classified information can be used and stored with strict controls on all electronic devices and network connectivity.
PQS was engineered from the ground up to be fully functional in these air-gapped environments. No internet connection is ever required for core functionality.
FAR/DFARS in SCIFs: Libraries can be imported from a CD containing a FAR/DFARS DITA zip file from the Government website, maintaining full regulatory compliance without network access.
